This page outlines the refund and cancellation terms that apply to all purchases made through opscon.com.tr.
By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.

2. General Terms

Purchased goods and services can be returned or canceled in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 6502) and the Distance Sales Regulation.

Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of product delivery.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after confirmation.

3. Right of Withdrawal

Customers may withdraw from a purchase without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, an email must be sent to info@opscon.com.tr within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Returned products must be complete, undamaged, and include their invoice and original packaging.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be used in the following cases:

Digital goods or online services (e.g., digital downloads, access codes, subscriptions) once access has been granted,

Products prepared specifically for the customer,

Services that have already begun with customer approval,

Opened software, audio, or video media.

5. Digital Products and Services

Digital services and products (e.g., digital credits, access rights, memberships) are delivered instantly.
Therefore, once the digital product is delivered, refunds and cancellations are not available.
However, if a technical issue or delivery problem occurs, customers can contact info@opscon.com.tr for resolution.

6. Refund Process

Once a refund request is approved:

The product is inspected upon receipt by HASON Yayıncılık.

If it meets refund criteria, the payment is refunded using the same method used for the original purchase.

Refunds are issued within 10 business days.
