(Hereinafter referred to as “THE SELLER”)

Buyer (Customer)
The individual or entity purchasing goods or services via opscon.com.tr
(Hereinafter referred to as “THE BUYER”)

2. SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale, delivery, and use of goods and services ordered electronically by THE BUYER through opscon.com.tr.
It is drawn up in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. PRODUCT / SERVICE DETAILS

Information on the product or service type, quantity, price, payment method, and delivery conditions is presented to THE BUYER before the order and constitutes an integral part of this Agreement once approved.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

THE BUYER makes payment using one of the available methods on the website (credit card, bank transfer, digital wallet, etc.).
Upon confirmation of payment, the delivery or activation process begins.

5. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE

Physical products are delivered to the address specified by THE BUYER via courier.

Digital goods or online services are delivered electronically once payment is confirmed.

When access to the digital product or service is granted, delivery is deemed complete.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

THE BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason or paying any penalty.
To exercise this right, a written notice must be sent to info@opscon.com.tr.
Refunds are made within 10 business days following the confirmation of withdrawal.

7. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases:

Digital goods or services (such as access codes, digital credits, or memberships) once delivery or activation has occurred,

Goods produced or customized specifically for THE BUYER,

Services that have commenced with the buyer’s prior consent,

Software, audio, or video products whose packaging has been opened.

8. RESPONSIBILITIES

THE SELLER is responsible for delivering the goods or services as described in this Agreement.

THE BUYER is responsible for preserving the goods after receipt.

THE BUYER is liable for any damage caused by improper or unauthorized use.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Personal data belonging to THE BUYER is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) and the Privacy Policy of HASON Yayıncılık.
THE SELLER will not share personal data with third parties without consent, except where legally required.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Events beyond the control of the parties—such as natural disasters, war, internet outages, cyber-attacks, fire, or other unforeseen circumstances—shall be deemed force majeure.
Neither party shall be held liable for non-performance resulting from such events.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, the following authorities have jurisdiction:

İzmir Courts and Execution Offices

12. ENFORCEMENT

By completing the online order, THE BUYER acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Agreement electronically.
