The Optimum Science Conference (OPSCON) is a peer-reviewed, scientific, open-access event that accepts studies based on originality, significance, timeliness, accessibility, and academic relevance across various research fields such as science, technology, engineering, medicine, and their education. With this perspective, OPSCON aims to contribute to the advancement of scientific knowledge through sustainability and innovative approaches.

By forming the foundation of science, sustainability, and innovation, OPSCON seeks to provide new and effective solutions for the conservation of natural resources and the enhancement of social welfare. Sustainability, guided by science, is supported by innovative approaches that lead to lasting and environmentally friendly technologies and practices for the future. With the rapid transformation in science and technology in the 21st century, scientists have begun to develop the concept of “Innovative Approach” in their respective fields. This concept aims to generate new ideas related to a scientific discipline, service, product, or process.

Within the dynamic structure of science, the connection between sustainability and innovation creates a synergy that has become increasingly critical today. These two concepts feed into each other, providing long-term benefits both environmentally and economically. In the pursuit of problem-solving, issues such as resource efficiency, long-term competitive advantage, circular economy, social and environmental impact, and risk management have become focal points of interdisciplinary scientific research.

OPSCON regards it as an academic responsibility to support practical applications and academic studies that contribute to our collective understanding of the natural world and influence the advancement of science, technology, engineering, medicine, and education in these fields. In this context, papers related to physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, environmental science, applied sciences, engineering, health sciences, ecology, biotechnology, microbiology, metallurgy and materials science, and science education are all within the conference’s scope.

As an international event with foreign members on its scientific committee, OPSCON meets the associate professorship application criteria. Since the conference is planned to be held online, further details will be shared with our esteemed participants in due course. Scientific Committee Announcement

Academics who wish to join the scientific committee and hold at least a PhD title may submit their CVs to info@opscon.com.tr. Accordingly, those selected to serve on the scientific committee for our next OPSCON Conference will receive a 20% discount, provided they are the sole author of their submission.

The participation fee for the online conference is set at 1250 ₺ for one paper. For a second paper, provided that the author order and authors remain the same, the fee is 1750 ₺. In all other cases, the standard paper fee applies. For international participants, the fee is 50 USD for one paper, and 70 USD for two papers (under the same author conditions).

Note:

After your abstract is accepted, please make your payment and send your receipt via email to info@opscon.com.tr. Below is an example of the statement recommended to be included in the description section of your bank transaction:

“Transferred for OPSCON2025, Abstract ID xxxx.”

Oral Presentation (Google Meet Live Presentation)

Each oral presentation session will include 4–5 presentations, with 15 minutes allocated for each. Please pay attention to the session chair’s reminders regarding time limits.

Video Presentation

Participants who wish to make a video presentation must select the “Video Presentation” option in the presentation type section during the application process. Those who select this option must record their presentations in video formats such as mp4, avi, or mov, not exceeding 15 minutes in length. The video should be uploaded to a preferred cloud storage service (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, iCloud, Yandex Disk, etc.), and the shareable link—set to “anyone with the link can view”—should be sent via email to info@opscon.com.tr with the subject line “Video Presentation Recording.”

Please pay attention to the following technical details for video presentations:
• During the recording, the participant’s own image should also appear on the presentation screen.
• Those who will make a video presentation must send their recordings to info@opscon.com.tr no later than 17:00 on the day before the first day of the conference.

The session rules for online presentations are listed below:

• Conference sessions will be held through online applications.
• The links and passwords for online sessions will be provided to participants in the program booklet.
• Participants are kindly requested to join their online presentation room at least 5–10 minutes before their session begins.
• When you join the session, your microphone and camera will be turned off; they will be activated by the session chair when it’s your turn to present.
• Before the presentation, please open the documents you plan to share on your computer, and during your presentation, select and share the appropriate window using the button in the online platform.
• You may send your questions about the presentations through the chat section during the session. We recommend that participants keep the chat section open while following the session.
• Presenters will be assigned as panelists before the session. However, if anyone is missed, they can be added as a panelist during the session.
• There is no obligation to leave the room after the session ends.

OPSCON 2025 Abstract Book: The abstracts submitted for the conference will be published by HASON Publishing in the OPSCON 2025 Abstract Proceedings E-Book with an ISBN and made available on the website. This publication is included in the conference participation fee.

OPSCON 2025 Full Paper Book: The full papers of the presentations (submission of full papers is optional) will be published by HASON Publishing in the OPSCON 2025 Full Paper Proceedings E-Book with an ISBN and made available on the website. This publication is included in the conference participation fee.

Publication Opportunity in an International Journal:

The full papers presented at the conference, prepared in accordance with the submission guidelines, may be submitted to the Optimum Science Journal (OPS Journal) through its online system. Papers that successfully pass the peer-review process will be published in the relevant issues of the OPS Journal. The conference organization has no authority to intervene in the journal’s publication process. Authors must submit their manuscripts directly to the journal and follow the process through the journal system. An additional fee of 50 USD will be charged for articles accepted for publication, apart from the conference participation fee.
